Founded by Srikant Rathi, a practising advocate with nearly a decade of experience before India's tribunals and courts, the firm brings focused expertise in corporate law, commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings under the IBC, and securities regulation before SEBI and SAT.
Our presence spans multiple NCLT benches, giving us a multi-forum perspective that strengthens every matter we handle.

Srikant Rathi
A practising advocate with nearly a decade of experience, Srikant Rathi has built a litigation career spanning India's principal corporate and commercial forums. His practice covers the full spectrum of corporate disputes, insolvency proceedings under the IBC, commercial litigation, and securities enforcement.
With appearances across multiple NCLT benches, the NCLAT, multiple High Courts, Commercial Courts, SEBI, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal, he brings a multi-forum, multi-jurisdictional perspective to every engagement.
Internship & Careers
Dhritam Legal welcomes dedicated law students and young advocates seeking hands-on exposure to corporate litigation, insolvency, and commercial practice. Interns work directly on live matters across NCLT, NCLAT, and the High Courts, gaining real courtroom and drafting experience.
